Last week ABC showed a fabulous story on the Coorong and the region’s recovery since the drought. Interviewed for the program was a line up of leading scientists including Jason Higham, Manager Environmental Integration CLLMM Program, Professor David Paton, Ecologist University of Adelaide, Dr Qifeng Ye, Fish Biologist SARDI, Associate Professor Sabine Dittman, Marine Biologist Flinders University and Garry Hera-Singh, Accredited sustainable fisherman. The program provides a summary of species that have returned, those that have not and how the system is coping with ongoing increased salinity.
